2. Subject
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the purchase, payment, delivery, and return of products ordered through www.yamansstore.com.

2. Konu
İşbu sözleşme, www.yamansstore.com üzerinden satın alınan ürünlerin satışı, ödemesi, teslimatı ve iadesine ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenlemektedir.
3. Sipariş ve Ödeme
Alıcı, siparişi onaylayarak ürün bilgileri, fiyat, ödeme yöntemi ve teslimat koşullarını kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
Siparişler, ödemenin başarıyla tamamlanmasının ardından işleme alınır.
4. Teslimat
Siparişler belirtilen hazırlık süresi içerisinde hazırlanarak Alıcının bildirdiği teslimat adresine gönderilir.
Teslimat süreleri teslimat bölgesi, kargo firması ve mücbir sebeplere bağlı olarak değişebilir.
5. Cayma Hakkı
Alıcı, yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatı kapsamında sahip olduğu cayma hakkını kullanabilir. Cayma hakkının kullanımına ilişkin detaylar İade Politikası'nda belirtilmiştir.
6. İade ve Ücret İadesi
İade ve ücret iadesi işlemleri web sitemizde yayımlanan İade Politikası kapsamında yürütülmektedir.
7. Sorumluluk
Satıcı, ürünlerin özenle hazırlanarak gönderilmesi için gerekli çabayı gösterir.
Alıcı, sipariş sırasında verdiği teslimat ve iletişim bilgilerinin doğruluğundan sorumludur.
8. Mücbir Sebepler
Doğal afet, salgın, savaş, resmî makam kararları, ulaşım sorunları ve tarafların kontrolü dışında gelişen diğer mücbir sebepler nedeniyle oluşabilecek gecikmelerden Satıcı sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tüketici mevzuatı kapsamında gerçekleştirilen satışlarda işbu sözleşmeye Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanacaktır.
